ZTE Axon Pro Review

ZTE Axon Pro is an amazing cellphone launched back in the year 2015, featuring a large 5.5-inches screen, a 2000 megahertz processing unit, a 13 MP back side camera and an 8 mega-pixels front facing camera. But it's time to get into some more details.

ZTE made a great job making this cellphone as lightweight as 6.1 ounces. Though the ZTE Axon Pro only has 6.06 inches long, it manages to pack a 5.5 inches screen. The ZTE Axon Pro is incredibly thin and good-looking, being just 0.37 inches thick. About its materials quality, this cellphone is majorly manufactured with aluminum; plastic. ZTE offers this device in three colors, gray, blue and gold.

This phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 chip, holding a great processing unit speeding at 2 GHz and a great 4 GB RAM memory. This phone has a large 64 GB internal storage memory and although it doesn't include an SD card slot, it is still enough to install hundreds of applications without even thinking about running out of space.

ZTE packed the ZTE Axon Pro with a incredible 5.5-inches screen, and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 (Quad HD / 2K), giving this phone a perfect graphic quality. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This cellphone features two cameras, a 13 MP back camera and an 8 megapixels front side camera. It is capable of shooting 4K 3840x2160 videos at 30 fps. This camera also features some good characteristics like auto-focus, flash, face detection shooting, geo tagging and time lapse video.

This cellphone includes Wi-Fi connection (which can be provided to other devices around, acting as a router or modem), 4G (LTE) high speed data connection and the fastest 3G internet connection, supported by HSPA, HSUPA and EDGE technologies. This phone works with a SIM card for GSM connection.

The ZTE Axon Pro uses a 3000 mAh large non-replaceable battery that can keep it running for many hours and even reach the end of the day without charging it. ZTE informs a talk time of 12 hours and a stand by time of 240 hours for this device. An issue to take into account is that this phone's battery is non-removable so you can't change it when it starts to lose its charge, though with such a huge battery size you will probably buy a new cellphone before it happens.

This cellphone also includes a few nice features such as NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your device close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth and GPS Localization, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The ZTE Axon Pro might not be a great choice considering it is priced 160 dollars, and some similar phones are offerred cheaper than that. It doesn't matter whether you are looking for a device for work, want a gamer cellphone, want it majorly for internet broswing and social networks or are a photography fan, you will definitely be very happy with this phone.
