The Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is a lot better than LG Optimus F7's score of 60.6. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version and LG Optimus F7 has Android 4.1.2 version, so it offers some nice extra features and increased performance. Although Galaxy Note 3 and the LG Optimus F7 were only released 6 months apart, Galaxy Note 3's design is extremely heavier but also somewhat thinner.
