Motorola Moto G is a bit better than the LG Optimus L7 II, with a general score of 60.3 against 55.2. These phones use Android operating system, but Motorola Moto G has the newer 5.0 version and LG Optimus L7 II has Android 4.1, so it gives you a couple additional features. Motorola Moto G's body is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than LG Optimus L7 II.
