The LG Optimus L9 II has an overall score of 59.5, which is slightly better than the LG Optimus L7's general score of 54.2. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Optimus L9 II has the newer 4.4.2 version and LG Optimus L7 has Android 4.0.3 version, so it counts with lots of additional features and performance enhancements. LG Optimus L9 II is a a little thicker but a little bit lighter device than LG Optimus L7.

The LG Optimus L9 II counts with a more powerful processor than LG Optimus L7, because it has more CPU cores, more RAM and a much better GPU running at 450 megahertz. The LG Optimus L9 II has just a bit better looking display than LG Optimus L7, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a way higher 1280 x 720 resolution and a little bigger display.

LG Optimus L9 II counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than LG Optimus L7, and although they both have a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 32 GB, the LG Optimus L9 II also has 5,6 GB more internal storage capacity. The LG Optimus L7 captures a bit better pictures and videos than LG Optimus L9 II, although it has a lot worse 640x480 video quality and a much worse 5 mega-pixels resolution camera.
