The OnePlus 9 Pro body is incredibly newer, but just a bit thicker and notably heavier than the LG Q6. OnePlus 9 Pro features a little sharper screen than LG Q6, because it has a little bit more pixels per inch in the display, a larger screen and a better 1440 x 3216 resolution.
The OnePlus 9 Pro features a quite better processing power than LG Q6, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 9 Pro also has more RAM. The OnePlus 9 Pro features a greater camera than LG Q6, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better low light photography, a lot better 7680x4320 video quality and a way more mega-pixels camera in the back.

Although OnePlus 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Q6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG Q6. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the OnePlus 9 Pro, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG Q6, letting go some features and specs.
