Comparison review
Sony Xperia 5 has an overall score of 81, which is much better than the LG Q6's 71.8 overall score. Sony Xperia 5's design has the same thickness than the LG Q6, but it is just a little heavier. The Sony Xperia 5 features a bit more vivid screen than LG Q6, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution, a just a little higher screen pixel density and a little larger display.
Xperia 5 counts with a more powerful processing unit than LG Q6, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 5 also has 3 GB more RAM. Xperia 5 takes much better videos and photos than LG Q6, because although it has a back facing camera with lesser megapixels, it also counts with a way bigger aperture to capture better low light images and video and a lot better (4K) video definition.
The Sony Xperia 5 counts with more storage capacity for applications and games than LG Q6, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage. Xperia 5 counts with a bit better battery life than LG Q6, because it has a 3140mAh battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia 5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG Q6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG Q6. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get LG Q6, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your money.
