The Moto G Stylus is a bit better than LG Q60, getting a 79.7 score against 73.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Moto G Stylus has the previous 11 version and LG Q60 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Moto G Stylus construction is newer, but heavier and a little thicker than LG Q60.

The Moto G Stylus has just a bit longer battery duration than LG Q60, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. The Moto G Stylus has a lot better camera than LG Q60, because it has a lot bigger camera sensor capturing much higher quality pictures, a way better 3840x2160 video quality, a larger camera aperture for better low light captures and video and a way better resolution camera in the back.
