Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has an overall score of 82.1, which is better than the LG Q60's 73.9 global score. Even though the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star and LG Q60 were released with only a couple of months difference, Samsung Galaxy A8 Star's body is just a little heavier but also thinner. Both phones we are comparing here come with the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a little better hardware performance than LG Q60, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a bit better looking screen than LG Q60, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy A8 Star also has a better count of pixels per inch in the screen and a way higher 1080 x 2220px resolution.
The LG Q60 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG Q60 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star counts with a bit superior battery life than LG Q60, because it has a 6 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy A8 Star takes a bit better photos and videos than LG Q60, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy A8 Star also has a lot better (4K) video definition, a larger back camera sensor shooting better quality videos and photographs and a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and videos in low-light situations.
