Motorola Droid Turbo has a score of 76.4, which is a bit better than LG Q7's general score of 72.2. Motorola Droid Turbo is a much older, somewhat heavier and notably thicker cellphone than LG Q7. These phones use Android operating system, but Motorola Droid Turbo has older 4.4.4 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
