Galaxy A7 (2018) is much better than LG Q7, getting an 84.2 score against 72.2. Galaxy A7 (2018)'s design is heavier but just a little thinner than the LG Q7, and both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) and LG Q7 both feature really similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) has a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2220 pixels.

Galaxy A7 (2018) has a bit more powerful processor than LG Q7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has more RAM memory. The Galaxy A7 (2018) features just a bit better camera than LG Q7, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy A7 (2018) also has a way bigger aperture, a much more megapixels back facing camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Galaxy A7 (2018) features a much bigger storage for apps and games than LG Q7, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) has just a bit better battery performance than LG Q7, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
