Galaxy Note Edge is better than the LG Q7, with an 81.7 score against 72.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note Edge has the older 5.0 version and LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Galaxy Note Edge is a heavier phone than the LG Q7, but both are equally thin.
