Galaxy S23 Ultra has a score of 81.5, which is better than the LG Q7's overall score of 72.2. Galaxy S23 Ultra is a just a bit thicker but a lot lighter phone than LG Q7. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the older 13 version while LG Q7 has Android 8.1 Oreo.
