Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a bit better than LG Q70's global score of 77.9. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge body is lighter than LG Q70, although it is just a bit thicker and was released many years before. Both phones we compare here have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version and LG Q70 has Android 10 version.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a much more vibrant display than LG Q70, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater pixel density. The LG Q70 has a very superior storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has more internal memory and an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

Galaxy Note Edge counts with just a bit better hardware performance than LG Q70, because although it has 4 less cpu cores (but faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The LG Q70 features superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

The LG Q70 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor which gives a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG Q70 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and a bigger aperture for better captures in low-light situations.

Galaxy Note Edge costs a bit more money than LG Q70, but it's still a convenient choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
