Comparison review
The Xperia 5 is just a bit better than LG Q70, having an 81 score against 77.9. The Xperia 5 design has the same thickness than the LG Q70, but it's lighter. Xperia 5 counts with a bit more vivid display than LG Q70, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater display density and a bit higher 1080 x 2520px resolution.
The LG Q70 has a bit more memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia 5, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia 5 has a bit more powerful processor than LG Q70, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Sony Xperia 5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The LG Q70 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than Xperia 5, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments and a tinier sensor which provides a lower photo and video quality, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG Q70 also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels.
The LG Q70 counts with longer battery lifetime than Xperia 5, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although Xperia 5 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Q70. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xperia 5, otherwise you can save some money and buy the LG Q70, letting go a couple features and specs.
