Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 is a little bit better than the LG Q70, getting a general score of 79.1 against 77.9. Xperia XZ2's body weights the same than LG Q70, but it is thicker. Sony Xperia XZ2 counts with just a bit better looking screen than LG Q70, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater quantity of pixels per display inch.
LG Q70 features a lot bigger memory for applications and games than Xperia XZ2, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory, the LG Q70 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit superior processor than LG Q70. Both have 8 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM.
LG Q70 has improved battery duration than Xperia XZ2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3180mAh. Xperia XZ2's camera is very similar to LG Q70's camera, because although the Xperia XZ2 has a lot worse resolution camera, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing images or video in low light environments, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality.
