The LG Q8 is a newer and a little thinner phone than Google Nexus 5, although it's also somewhat heavier. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Q8 has a newer 7.0 Nougat version and Google Nexus 5 has Android 4.4.3 version.

The LG Q8 has a little more vivid display than Google Nexus 5, because it has a greater display density, a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and a quite larger screen.
