Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has an overall score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than the LG V10's 78.6 global score. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ construction is noticeably lighter and a lot thinner than LG V10, although they were only released 2 months apart. Both devices we compare here work with the same Android 5.1 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding OS features.

Galaxy S6 edge+ has a display that's very similar to the LG V10 one, both of them have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440px, a higher count of pixels per display inch and a screen of the same size. Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a bit superior processing unit than LG V10. They have 1 processing cores and a 4 GB RAM.

The LG V10 counts with a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG V10 also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG V10 has a slightly better camera than Galaxy S6 edge+, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a camera in the back with a 16 mega pixels resolution and a 0.38 inches sensor, the LG V10 also has a bigger aperture and better video frame rate.

Galaxy S6 edge+ and LG V10 both have quite similar batteries.

Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V10. If you want to save some dollars, you can get LG V10, letting go some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
