Comparison review
The iPhone SE (2020) has a global score of 81.5, which is slightly better than the LG V20's general score of 77. IPhone SE (2020)'s construction is way newer, a little thinner and lighter than LG V20. The LG V20 counts with a slightly better display than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, a way better count of pixels per inch of screen and a bigger display.
The LG V20 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Apple iPhone SE (2020), and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG V20 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. IPhone SE (2020) features a quite better performance than LG V20, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster) and a 64-bits CPU.
IPhone SE (2020) captures a little bit better videos and photos than LG V20, although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, a worse video definition and a camera in the back with much less megapixels resolution, they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture. LG V20 counts with a much longer battery life than iPhone SE (2020), because it has a 76% larger battery size.
Although iPhone SE (2020) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V20. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the LG V20, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
