The LG Q70 has an overall score of 77.9, which is a bit better than the LG V20's score of 77. Even though LG Q70 is notably newer than LG V20, it is just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier. LG Q70 features a bit better hardware performance than LG V20, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the LG Q70 also has a larger number of cores (although they are slower).
The LG V20 counts with a bit better display than LG Q70, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a better display pixels density. LG Q70's storage capacity to install applications and games is just as good as the LG V20 one, both have exactly the same internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.
LG Q70 counts with improved battery life than LG V20, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. LG Q70 takes clearer videos and photos than LG V20, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same sensor size, the same video frame rate and the same diafragm aperture, the LG Q70 also has a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
Although LG Q70 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V20. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the LG V20, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
