Comparison review

The Xperia Z5 Premium has a global score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the LG V20's 77 global score. Despite being the best we are comparing here, the Xperia Z5 Premium construction is older, a little thicker and a bit heavier than LG V20. The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a little faster processor than LG V20, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional GPU and more cores.

Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a way better screen than LG V20, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better display pixel density and a lot better resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. LG V20 counts with a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Xperia Z5 Premium features a little longer battery performance than LG V20, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than LG V20, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor and a lot higher 23 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.

Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V20. If you want to save some money, you can buy the LG V20, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
