LG V30 is just a bit better than LG G5, having a general score of 79.1 against 76.1. The LG V30 body has the same thickness than the LG G5, but it's a bit lighter. The LG V30 has just a bit better processing power than LG G5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG V30 also has a greater number of cores (and they are faster).

The LG G5 and LG V30 feature quite similar screens, because although the LG G5 has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixel density. LG G5 counts with a camera that's just as good as LG V30's camera, because although the LG G5 has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for taking pictures or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, a camera in the back with a 16 mega-pixels resolution and the same video resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor taking higher quality photos.

The LG V30 features a greater memory for applications and games than LG G5, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V30 also has more internal storage capacity. The LG V30 has longer battery life than LG G5, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.

Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the LG V30 is also by far the cheapest one, making it very easy to pick between these phones.
