The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has a general score of 80.3, which is slightly better than the LG V30's overall score of 79.1. Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a lot newer than LG V30, it's somewhat thicker and heavier. The LG V30 has a little more vivid screen than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2880.

LG V30 features a bit better processor than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. LG V30 counts with a quite bigger storage to store more games and applications than Nokia 8 V 5G UW, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG V30 also has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW captures greater videos and photos than LG V30, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Nokia 8 V 5G UW also counts with better video frame rates, a much better 64 MP resolution camera in the back and a lot bigger sensor providing a much better image quality.

The Nokia 8 V 5G UW has improved battery duration than LG V30, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.

Although Nokia 8 V 5G UW is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V30. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Nokia 8 V 5G UW, otherwise you can save some money and get the LG V30, resigning a couple specs and features.
