Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is slightly better than the LG V30, with a score of 83 against 79.1. Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is better than the LG V30, it must be told that it is also somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a screen that's very similar to the LG V30 one, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a just a bit inferior pixels number per inch of display, it also counts with a slightly better 1440 x 2960px resolution and a little bigger screen.

Galaxy Note8 has a CPU that's very similar to the LG V30 one, and although the Galaxy Note8 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. LG V30 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor shooting worse quality photographs and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the LG V30 also counts with a way more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in low-light environments.

LG V30 counts with a much better memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the LG V30 also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the LG V30 one.

Although Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V30. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the LG V30, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
