The Samsung Galaxy S6 is much better than the LG V30, with a overall score of 87.4 against 79.1. Although the Samsung Galaxy S6 is a lot older than LG V30, it's construction is just a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. Galaxy S6 has a brighter display than LG V30, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher pixels density.

Galaxy S6 features a bit superior processor than LG V30, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S6 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU. LG V30 counts with much more storage for applications and games than Galaxy S6, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Samsung Galaxy S6 and LG V30 both feature really similar cameras, because although the Samsung Galaxy S6 has a tinier aperture which is not nice for capturing images and video in low light environments, and they both have a same resolution camera, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor taking better quality photographs.

LG V30 has better battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has a 29 percent more battery size.
