Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is just a bit better than LG V30, with an 85.7 score against 79.1. Even though the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is noticeably older than LG V30, it's body is a bit thinner and somewhat lighter. The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a sharper screen than LG V30, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a quite higher display pixels density.
The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a little better hardware performance than LG V30, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an additional graphics processor. LG V30 has a much better storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
LG V30 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller camera sensor capturing lower quality pictures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rates, the LG V30 also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light images and video.
LG V30 counts with longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3300mAh battery size against 2600mAh.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V30, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V30. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save some money and get the LG V30, resigning some features and specifications.
