Comparison review
The LG V30 has an overall score of 79.1, which is a little bit better than the Xperia Z5's score of 77.6. LG V30 is a just a bit heavier device than the Xperia Z5, but they are 0.29inches thick. Xperia Z5 features a little sharper screen than LG V30, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a quite smaller screen and a bit worse display density.
The LG V30 features a very superior memory for apps and games than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Xperia Z5's processing unit is very similar to LG V30's CPU, because although the Xperia Z5 has 1 GB less RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, it also counts with a GPU.
LG V30 features a bit superior battery performance than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 14% greater battery size. Xperia Z5 shoots slightly better videos and photos than LG V30, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for taking pictures in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Xperia Z5 also counts with a way bigger sensor and a much better 23 megapixels resolution back camera.
LG V30 not only is the best phones in our comparison, but it's also a bargain compared to others, making it very easy to pick between these phones.
