Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ is a little bit better than the Google Pixel 2, getting a overall score of 82.5 against 81.6. Although LG V30S ThinQ and Google Pixel 2 were released with only 5 months difference, the LG V30S ThinQ construction is a little thinner but a little heavier than Google Pixel 2. The LG V30S ThinQ features a bit faster processor than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory.

The LG V30S ThinQ has a little sharper display than Google Pixel 2, because it has a larger display, a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a just a little more pixels per screen inch. LG V30S ThinQ features a superior memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have equal internal memory, the LG V30S ThinQ also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1,95 TB.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with longer battery performance than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 3300mAh battery size. LG V30S ThinQ captures a bit better videos and photos than Google Pixel 2, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a bigger camera aperture to capture better images in poorly lited environments and a back camera with lot more MP.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 2. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the LG V30S ThinQ, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Google Pixel 2, giving up some features and specs.
