Even though LG V30S ThinQ and Galaxy A8 Star were released with only a few months difference, LG V30S ThinQ is a little thinner and lighter. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but LG V30S ThinQ has 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy A8 Star has Android 9.0 Pie.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a higher pixels density.
