The LG V50 ThinQ is a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, with a global score of 83.7 against 81.2. Both devices in this review use the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Despite being the best we are comparing here, the LG V50 ThinQ is a just a little heavier and a bit thicker phone than the LG V40 ThinQ.

LG V50 ThinQ features a display that's very similar to the LG V40 ThinQ one, both have a screen of the same size, the same screen density and the same exact 1440 x 3120 resolution. LG V50 ThinQ counts with a quite bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG V40 ThinQ, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 64 GB more internal storage.

The LG V40 ThinQ and the LG V50 ThinQ feature incredibly similar processing units, both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores. LG V50 ThinQ has better battery performance than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity. The LG V50 ThinQ's camera is just as good as LG V40 ThinQ's camera, both have a same size aperture, the same video frame rate, a 0.38 inches back-facing camera sensor, the same video resolution and a 12 mega pixels back facing camera.

The LG V50 ThinQ costs more money than LG V40 ThinQ, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
