Comparison review
Galaxy A8 Star is a little bit better than LG V40 ThinQ, getting an 82.1 score against 81.2. Both devices we compare here use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A8 Star has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10, so it provides some additional features. Galaxy A8 Star's body has the same thickness than the LG V40 ThinQ, but it's heavier.
LG V40 ThinQ features just a little better processing power than Galaxy A8 Star. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM. The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px, more pixels per inch of screen and a quite bigger display.
