Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A80 is a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, with a score of 84.9 against 81.2. Even being the best phone in this comparison, it must be noted that it's also a thicker and incredibly heavier phone. The LG V40 ThinQ has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy A80, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A80, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen pixel density and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy A80 captures clearer videos and photos than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a much tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for taking photographs and videos in low light environments and slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A80 also counts with a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a camera with a way better 48 mega-pixels resolution.
The LG V40 ThinQ has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy A80, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy A80 has just a bit longer battery duration than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 3700mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
