Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, with an 87.1 score against 81.2. Even being the best we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 is a heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than the LG V40 ThinQ. The Galaxy Note9 and LG V40 ThinQ have similar CPUs, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.

The LG V40 ThinQ has a slightly better looking display than Galaxy Note9, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a little higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a little higher number of pixels in each screen inch. LG V40 ThinQ features just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB.

Samsung Galaxy Note9 has superior battery performance than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy Note9's camera is just as good as the camera in LG V40 ThinQ, and although the Galaxy Note9 has a larger back camera sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality, they both have the same 60 fps video frame rates, a same resolution back facing camera, the same aperture and the same (4K) video resolution.

Although Galaxy Note9 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG V40 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Note9, else you can save some dollars and buy the LG V40 ThinQ, giving up some specifications.
