The iPhone 12 Pro Max is much better than LG V50 ThinQ, with a 93.2 score against 83.7. IPhone 12 Pro Max counts with iOS 15.x OS, and LG V50 ThinQ works with Android 10 OS. IPhone 12 Pro Max's body is newer and thinner than LG V50 ThinQ's, but it is heavier. IPhone 12 Pro Max counts with a bit better looking screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1284 x 2778 pixels and a quite lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger display.
LG V50 ThinQ features a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB.

So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V50 ThinQ, resigning a couple features and specifications.
