Comparison review

LG V50 ThinQ has a global score of 83.7, which is a bit better than the HTC One M9's general score of 77.7. Both phones we are comparing here have Android OS, but LG V50 ThinQ has the newer 10 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version. LG V50 ThinQ is a noticeably newer and somewhat thinner phone than the HTC One M9, although it is also somewhat heavier.

The HTC One M9 has a slightly better display than LG V50 ThinQ, although it has a little lower pixel density, a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a lot smaller display. The LG V50 ThinQ features a very superior storage for games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has an external memory card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB and 96 GB more internal memory capacity.

The HTC One M9 counts with a little bit better processing power than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bits CPU. The LG V50 ThinQ features a much better battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2840mAh.

The LG V50 ThinQ shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than HTC One M9, because although it has a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, a camera in the back with way less mega-pixels and a lower (4K) video quality, it also counts with a lot larger camera aperture.

The LG V50 ThinQ costs more than the HTC One M9, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
