Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 30 5G is a little bit better than LG V50 ThinQ, getting a global score of 87.4 against 83.7. Huawei Mate 30 5G's design has the same thickness than LG V50 ThinQ, but it's a bit heavier. Both phones in this comparison review come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both of them should give identical operating system features.
The Huawei Mate 30 5G and LG V50 ThinQ both feature really similar processing units, and although the Huawei Mate 30 5G has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG V50 ThinQ has a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 30 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 3120px resolution.
LG V50 ThinQ has much more memory for apps and games than Huawei Mate 30 5G, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 30 5G counts with just a bit better battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Huawei Mate 30 5G shoots much better pictures and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Huawei Mate 30 5G also counts with a lot better 40 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos.
