Comparison review

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G is just a bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ, with a 90.5 score against 83.7. These phones have the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Although it's the best cellphone we are comparing, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G construction is just a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the LG V50 ThinQ.

LG V50 ThinQ features a slightly better looking display than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a higher pixels count per inch in the display. The Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G counts with a processing unit that is just as good as the processing unit in LG V50 ThinQ, and although the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.

LG V50 ThinQ has a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G counts with just a little better battery duration than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 13% greater battery size.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G captures much better videos and photos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate 30 Pro 5G also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much better image quality and a back-facing camera with a much better resolution.
