The LG V50 ThinQ has an overall score of 83.7, which is a little bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ's overall score of 81. LG V50 ThinQ is a newer cellphone than the LG G7 ThinQ, but it is just a bit thicker and heavier. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but LG V50 ThinQ has the previous 10 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version.

LG V50 ThinQ has just a little better hardware performance than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM. LG G7 ThinQ counts with a more vivid screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1440 x 3120 resolution, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a just a little better count of pixels per screen inch.

LG G7 ThinQ captures a bit better photographs and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller sensor which offers a lower photo and video quality and a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a way higher resolution back camera.

The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a quite bigger memory to store more apps and games than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. LG V50 ThinQ features longer battery lifetime than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

Although LG V50 ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG G7 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features, you can buy LG V50 ThinQ, else you can save some money and get the LG G7 ThinQ, resigning some features and specifications.
