Comparison review
LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 general score. The LG Velvet is a newer phone, and it is also a bit lighter and a little bit thinner than LG V50 ThinQ. LG V50 ThinQ has a slightly better looking screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution.
The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a bit better processor than LG Velvet. They have a Octa-Core processor and a 6 GB RAM memory. The LG V50 ThinQ and the LG Velvet feature really similar memory for games and applications, both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and the same internal storage capacity.
LG Velvet has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has an 8 percent greater battery capacity. LG Velvet counts with a much better camera than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the LG Velvet also counts with a back facing camera with a lot better resolution and a way larger back camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
The LG Velvet is a bit more expensive than LG V50 ThinQ, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
