The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a score of 85.3, which is a bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 global score. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS, but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a newer 11 version and LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10 version. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 design is extremely newer and much thinner, but a lot heavier than the LG V50 ThinQ.

LG V50 ThinQ and Microsoft Surface Duo 2 have extremely similar screens, because although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a much lower pixel density, it also counts with a bigger screen and a quite better 1892 x 2688 resolution. LG V50 ThinQ counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG V50 ThinQ also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a little better battery lifetime than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has 4449mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.

The LG V50 ThinQ shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 12 mega pixels, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a bigger aperture.

Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG V50 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG V50 ThinQ, resigning some features and specifications.
