LG V50 ThinQ has an overall score of 83.7, which is just a bit better than Moto G9 Plus's overall score of 80.5. Both devices in this review use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Even though the LG V50 ThinQ is older than Moto G9 Plus, it's body is thinner and lighter. The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a little better hardware performance than Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
The LG V50 ThinQ has a bit sharper screen than Motorola Moto G9 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and more pixels per inch in the display. LG V50 ThinQ features a superior storage to install applications and games than Moto G9 Plus, and although they both have equal internal memory, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The Motorola Moto G9 Plus has greater battery performance than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size. The Moto G9 Plus captures much clearer pictures and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Moto G9 Plus also counts with a camera with much more megapixels and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much better photo and video quality.
