Comparison review
Sony Xperia PRO has an overall score of 94.3, which is much better than LG V50 ThinQ's 83.7 global score. Sony Xperia PRO's body is newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than LG V50 ThinQ. These phones use the same Android 10 OS. The LG V50 ThinQ and the Xperia PRO both have really similar CPUs, and although the Xperia PRO has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
Xperia PRO counts with a bit better screen than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a little bigger display, a bit greater display density and a higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px. Sony Xperia PRO features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
Xperia PRO and LG V50 ThinQ have very similar batteries performance. The Xperia PRO shoots slightly better photographs and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, a back-facing camera with a 12 MP and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the Xperia PRO also counts with a way bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V50 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG V50 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG V50 ThinQ, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your savings.
