LG V50 ThinQ has a global score of 83.7, which is a little bit better than Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 score. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but LG V50 ThinQ has an older 10 version and Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although the LG V50 ThinQ and the Xperia XA2 Plus were released with only 9 months difference, the LG V50 ThinQ is thinner and lighter.
The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia XA2 Plus. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 6 GB RAM memory. LG V50 ThinQ features a bit more vivid display than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has a better amount of pixels per inch in the display, a quite bigger screen and a better 1440 x 3120 resolution.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a little bit better camera than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has worse video frame rate and a lot smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a larger back camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality and a much more MP back-facing camera.
The LG V50 ThinQ features a much better memory for games and applications than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The LG V50 ThinQ counts with just a bit better battery life than Xperia XA2 Plus, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
