Comparison review
LG V50 ThinQ is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8, having an 83.7 score against 83.3. LG V50 ThinQ is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi 8, but it's a bit heavier and a little thicker. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so they should give identical OS features. LG V50 ThinQ features a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a higher display density, a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a quite bigger display.
The Xiaomi Mi 8's CPU is just as good as the LG V50 ThinQ one, both of them have a 6 GB RAM and a Octa-Core CPU. LG V50 ThinQ counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a tinier camera sensor which gives a lower image and video quality, and they both have a same resolution back camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the LG V50 ThinQ also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and faster video frame rates.
LG V50 ThinQ features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. The LG V50 ThinQ features longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
