Comparison review

The LG V50 ThinQ has a general score of 83.7, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Poco M3's 78.2 overall score. LG V50 ThinQ's construction is somewhat thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Poco M3, despite of the fact that it was released just a little further than a year before. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS, so both should provide the user the same OS features.

The LG V50 ThinQ features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a bit faster processing unit than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

The Xiaomi Poco M3 shoots slightly better photos and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture and worse 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a lot larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality and a back camera with way more mega-pixels.

The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a much bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Poco M3, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB more internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a way better battery duration than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.

Although LG V50 ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Poco M3. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy LG V50 ThinQ, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Poco M3, giving up a couple features and specifications.
