Galaxy Note 3 is much better than LG Volt 2, getting a score of 80.7 against 57.9. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has the previous 5.0 version while LG Volt 2 has Android 5.1 version. The Galaxy Note 3 is an older and heavier cellphone than the LG Volt 2, but Samsung could make it somewhat thinner anyway.
