HP Veer 4G is a little bit better than Maxwest Android 4000, getting a 40.5 score against 37.2. The HP Veer 4G works with webOS 2.1 OS, and Maxwest Android 4000 comes with Android OS. Maxwest Android 4000 has a bit better display than HP Veer 4G, because it has a way bigger display, a way better resolution of 800 x 480 and a bit higher amount of pixels per inch of screen.
