Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is a lot better than Meizu MX3, having a score of 81.7 against 54.7. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a newer 5.0 version while Meizu MX3 has Android 4.2 version, so it gives you a couple additional features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge body is newer and just a bit thinner than the Meizu MX3's, but it is somewhat heavier.
Galaxy Note Edge has a brighter screen than Meizu MX3, because it has a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440, a little bit larger display and a better pixel quantity per inch in the display.
