Nokia 3.1 Plus is slightly better than the Meizu MX4, getting a score of 66.4 against 60.5. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Nokia 3.1 Plus has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Meizu MX4 has Android 4.4.4 version, so it offers some additional features and enhanced performance. Nokia 3.1 Plus is a notably heavier cellphone than the Meizu MX4, but both of them are 0.35inches thick.
Meizu MX4 counts with a much better looking display than Nokia 3.1 Plus, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch and a much higher resolution of 1920 x 1152 pixels. Meizu MX4 and Nokia 3.1 Plus both feature very similar processors, both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores.
Meizu MX4 counts with a much better camera than Nokia 3.1 Plus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low light images and video, it also counts with a lot more megapixels back-facing camera and a way better 3840x2160 video quality. The Nokia 3.1 Plus has much more storage to install games and applications than Meizu MX4, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Nokia 3.1 Plus also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 256 GB.
The Nokia 3.1 Plus has just a little better battery life than Meizu MX4, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity against 3100mAh.
Despite of being the best phone in this comparison, the Nokia 3.1 Plus is also by far the cheapest, making it a no doubt choice.
