The LG Optimus 7 has an overall score of 50, which is just a bit better than Micromax Canvas Doodle 3's general score of 45.6. The LG Optimus 7 comes with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango operating system, while Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 counts with Android 4.2.2 operating system. The LG Optimus 7 counts with a little bit better screen than Micromax Canvas Doodle 3, because although it has a little worse 800 x 480 pixels resolution and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixel amount per inch of display.
