Motorola Droid Turbo has a little bit better memory capacity for games and applications than Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity.
The Motorola Droid Turbo features a superior processing unit than Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, and although they both have 4 cores, the Motorola Droid Turbo also has a greater amount of RAM and a better 500 MHz graphics processing unit. The Motorola Droid Turbo has greater battery life than Lumia 640 XL, because it has 3900mAh of battery capacity.
The Motorola Droid Turbo shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Microsoft Lumia 640 XL, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the Motorola Droid Turbo also has a camera in the back with lot more MP and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the Motorola Droid Turbo is also cheap compared to the Lumia 640 XL.
